History

Epex Business Solutions LLC was founded by current company president, Al Colcombe, in April 2005.

Combining years of working with businesses to develop system and integration solutions with the vision for a web services based integration framework to support those solutions, the development of Epex's flagship suite, Intelligent Commerce Exchange (ICE), began in 2003 while Al was with AIT Business Services, LLC.

Because he believed so strongly in the future of ICE, Al negotiated an amicable separation from AIT, acquired the ICE software, and formed Epex Business Solutions LLC - a company focused on providing innovative software products and expert services for advanced integration solutions and transactional web sites.
